SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by Novonomous LLC ("Novonomous"), including messages we send on behalf of the businesses we work with ("Client Businesses").

1. What messages you'll receive

If you agree to receive texts, you may get messages about your appointments and service requests, such as booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices, replies to your questions, and follow-up or review requests about a service you received.

2. How you agree

You agree to receive texts when you give your mobile number and consent through a phone call, text message, website chat or form handled by our service, for example by asking to book an appointment and agreeing to receive text updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To start again, reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@novonomous.com.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
